Wavelength Dress, Black

I think we're all on the same wavelength when it comes to this dress. It's so adorable and flattering. The neckline and hem are accented with an intricate ivory embellishments, providing the perfect detailed look to the black poplin fabric. Short balloon sleeves frame the split neck bodice with pintuck pleating on the shoulders. The self-tie belt features ivory contrast stitching, and the fitted waistband has smocking on the back for a flattering, yet flexible fit.
