This dress is all sorts of perfect! Sequins in a vibrant tribal pattern add weight to the fabric, helping it to hang perfectly. It has a shorter hemline, so we are showing it to you two ways: as a mini dress with bare legs and as a tunic over black leggings.  As you can see, it's fabulous either way!  This dress is fully-lined.
