We're voting green as the color of the season! This midi features a smocked torso that falls into a tiered skirt, and ruffles trim the collar and sleeves for an extra sweet look. It's made up of a crisp poplin material that gives it a fresh look and feel, and side pockets are an added bonus! Pull-on fit. Fabric content: 80% cotton, 20% polyester. The fabric has stretch through the smocking only.
