Seersucker Ruffle Dress

We didn't think seersucker could get any cuter until we met this dress! The peplum style waist is nipped in with elastic to create an hourglass silhouette. The fabric is a poly-cotton blend without stretch. Ties on the front of the neck complete the look.

Fit is true to size. Stacy is wearing size small.
