We're crushing hard on this fun multicolor stripe print! This dress features a smocked bodice that flows into a tiered skirt. The puff sleeves have elastic on the shoulders for the option to wear it on or off the shoulder. This would be such a cute vacation dress! Dress is lined below the waist and through the sleeves. Pull-on fit. Fabric is 100% polyester.
