This dress encompasses all the trends we love for Fall 2013 - neon hues (this green is a pungent lime, bordering on neon), tribal prints, and cut-outs.  If you have been shying away from the cut-out trend (we totally understand), this is your chance to break out!  These cutouts are tiny, so they allow you to rock the trend, while showing only a minimal amount of skin ;) Dress is lined to the knees and has an exposed zipper up the back. Measures approx 56.5" from shoulder to hem.
