This dress is right up our alley. Smocking through the torso creates a slimming and flexible fit and flows into a ruffle tiered midi skirt. Thick ruffle straps add to the cuteness, and side pockets complete the look. The poly-blend fabric has a subtle horizontal stripe design for added dimension. Dress is lined below the waist only and offers a pull-on fit.
