Tiered to perfection in our favorite blue and white combination, this dress just gets it right. The neckline has two navy tassel ties. Dress is lined and pairs best over nude undergarments. Pull-on fit. Fabric is 100% cotton without stretch.
Fit is true to size. Models are wearing size small. Shown on Lexi (5'6") and Hannah (5'11").
