Ladder Back Smock Dress

Seriously, could this dress be any cuter?! Sweet smocking makes for a fitted torso, then flares into a classic A-line bottom. But our favorite feature of this dress has to be the cut out ladder design on the back - SO adorable! Fabric is 100% cotton and is lined below the waist only.
