We've never seen a blouse quite like this! The iridescent fabric has a fabulous shimmer effect, and the peplum shape is finished with a wired V detail at the neckline. Smocking on the back of the bust gives a bit of stretch through the bust. Fabric is woven with a pull-on fit.
