Feeling Groovy Dress

One thing we know that is perfectly fit for summer is anything with rainbow stripes! The plunging V neck + cinched waist and flowing skirt make for a flattering fit, but still leaves room for movement around the hips. Material has silky smooth feel, and the puff sleeves just add to the vintage feel.
