Dyed and True Top, Blue

We are dying over this top! As if the blue tie dye wasn't enough, the fit really takes it to the top. It features a ruffled collar + tassel ties that can be worn loosely or in a bow. The woven fabric gives it a look that can be dressed up or down and is fully lined.
