This top is allll about the texture. But the fit isn't too bad either! It's covered in a crinkle pleated texture, and the elasticized cinched hem creates a blouson shape. The cropped length pairs perfectly with high waisted bottoms, and the ruffle trimmed wrists have an elastic band. Blouse is lined through the body and has a back button closure.
