This fabric is so FUN. Multicolor ombre fabric with tonal spotted design that adds a detailed look. The ruffle collar has a smocked band trim, and the puffed short sleeves have an elastic ruffle edge. The split neckline has optional ties. Fabric is 100% polyester.
