I wish you could feel this top - it is a wonderful viscose - light-weight and absolutely dreamy! At first glance, this top looks simple, but upon closer examination, you see all the bells and whistles: gorgeous cutouts, intricate scalloped edges, tonal embroidery, hi-lo hemline and figure flattering pleats!
