Petulia Dress

Our "Petulia Dress" is polished without trying too hard. With a tasteful dipped back and simple shape, this dress can easily be glitzed up with sparkly accessories and heels. Dress is lined. We are showing it to you as a dress (on Stacy who is 5'3") and as a tunic (on Katie who is 5'8"). As you can see, it looks amazing both ways!
