This frock is a beach dream! It has that relaxed vibe that goes best with sun and saltwater. Dropped waist is smocked for a stretchy fit. We are showing it to you two ways - as a tunic on Katie (5'7") and as a dress on Stacy (5'3").  100% rayon.
