Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only. Items are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
- All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and still has the original tags still attached
- Items are received by The Blue Door Boutique no later than 14 days from the original purchase date
If your item does not meet one or both of the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return your items as they will be rejected by our Returns Department
To return an item by mail, please fill out the return form that was included with your order and attach the bottom portion and attach it to the outside of your box and mail it to:

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEX along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us
Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days as which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. We do not refund shipping charges
Due to health reasons, all NuBra Purchases are FINAL SALE. Also, ALL sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE.
