Colorblock Tube Maxi, Neon

Trust me when I say this is a maxi that you NEED in your closet! It is gathered on both sides of the bust to keep it perfectly in place. It is also double lined up top for extra coverage. Fabric is a thick, jersey knit with all-over stretch while the skirt is a lined, flowy chiffon like fabric with tiny tucks so it won't cling! Plus, the color blocking makes these ahhmazing basic pieces for layering!
