Bell Sleeve Beauty Dress, Red

Solid, simple, but with just enough details to make ti fabulous!  This knit dress features a smocked neckline, which allows you to wear it on or off the shoulders and the long sleeves have a  bell shape. Also, the length is quite a bit longer than most, making it ideal for those of you who prefer a bit more coverage :)
